This is always the hard part ladies - talking about yourself, but here goes.....
I am a qualified coach since October 2022, I love to help people in general, but found my area of coaching lay with helping women step into their power.
I have done a lot of work on myself over the last probably 10+ years, I'm not going to give a sob story here as we all have our battles and issue to work through and work on every day! 

I have been in some toxic narcissistic relationships that have literally bet me down not physically but on a confidence and self doubt and left me insecure and just an all time low! It was not a nice place to be.

I had always tried to be the nice person - people pleasing, putting others so far ahead of myself, that I no longer mattered (to myself) and felt I was just the go to... Philomena will do it, or thinking others just thought "Don't mind Philomena" and they were right.... because I never ever said no, no matter what else was going on for me!! What about my plans.... I finally realised my plans matter.... this is my life!! 

I have tried EVERY job, career, industry, looking for what was "ME" I was searching in the wrong place (obviously!!!) and looking for the wrong kind of job satisfaction..... I actually laugh at some of my choices now! I now even have a tattoo to remind me that all of these decisions are not mistakes.... they are lessons lol! 

I am a total believer in:

• The Law of Attraction

• Manifesting 

• Everything happens for a reason

• People come into your life for a lesson, blessing, reason or season

• And most importantly working on yourself is the hardest but most rewarding working you will EVER do....
